Staff were really friendly and kind. Room and sheets were super clean and the duvet felt like hugging a cloud. Sushi was excellent. I would definitely return on my next trip to Coventry.
Very good hotel to go to for couple or family. We had a lovely stay, very clean rooms, toilets and comfortable beds. The hosts/staff are customer oriented and friendly. All the cooked food are fresh and tasty. We will go back again. Highly recommended.
The food that was delivered was rank. The Bento box was all dry and no curry or katsu and I've tasted better shop bought sushi! Deffo a rip off. Won't be getting a delivery again
