Been coming here for years for my takeaway and never disappoints. By far the best Chinese takeaway for miles around. Food cooked to perfection. Shredded chilli beef is the best and curry sauce scrummy. You must try the duck and Pineapple. See you for the New Year, thanks team.
Best chilli beef mushroom chow mein mushroom fried rice I have had in many years. I was staying in the area for a week and ate there three times Would definitely recommend a visit. The lady that served me was very friendly the food is reasonably priced and very tasty.
Similar to others unfortunately. I used this take away a lot in the past and always recommend to friends. The last 3 visits have been disappointing, the staff are always pleasant and welcoming however they no longer offer to swap things over in a set menu even for a small surcharge. But the most disappointing thing was the food, the crispy chilli beef had a very odd sharp fishy like taste. It was not right, nothing like it use to be and not pleasant to eat, the rest of the order was so so. It all seemed very stale and fake where as before I remember the food here feeling fresh.
Terrible food. Extremely dry and cold. Crispy shredded beef tasted oddly fishy! Returned food to the takeaway and they refused a refund as half the food was gone. Obviously it was gone we had dished it up onto plates for people to eat! They offered to recook the food but this was 2 hours after we originally ordered it and did not want the same again. Would not recommend. After reading reviews they all seem to say the same thing! Avoid.
So much choice and awesome food. Always delivered really quickly. The chips are amazing too.
I can honestly say the food from here was awful. Refried chips that were very greasy. We found a prawn in our chicken chop suey. Good job no one in the family is allergic to sea food. It tasted awful. The prawn balls were awful too. Look liked they had been refried. The batter was rock hard. A truly awful meal. I do not recommend Nobel House. There are better Chinese takeaways out there.
Decent food, usually decent wait times (sometimes if very busy you can wait quite a while). Consistency not the best as sometimes the same dish you normally order is different than the last time (I guess it depends which person is preparing it?). Portion size excellent. Overall good rating and will continue to use.
Not good, when i called to order was told to call back, so just went it to order, the lady was moody and rude.. The actual takeaway area was cold and unwelcoming, even the fish in the tank looked depressed. As for the food, well tasteless and overcooked, spring rolls were so burned with black charing and where pretty much hollow. Compared to other places in area their prices are pretty high so would expect quality, not here unfortunately and will not be back
Poor gasranomic experience . We ordered to collect. On arrival at alloted time we still had to wait a further 15 mins even though takeaway was empty. The takeaway/shop looks like it is a bit tired and grubby with dirty flyers, counter and menus and peeling menus on covid screens. Food was all luke warm/ cold and not as fresh as we were expecting due to the extra wait. The chow mein was really overcooked dry and rubbery, most unappealing. The crispy chilly beef was claggy and soft again not at all satisfactory. We spent over £40 and expected hot fresh food. Sadly we would not be returning here, which is sad as we like to support local businesses when we can. Such a shame as resturant (currently closed due to fire) was always really good.
