   I placed an order with Al Karim about a week or two ago and received three suits. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the quality. One of the suits had a noticeable mark on the white trouser, and the other two had dupattas that were poorly cut – one side was longer than the other. I reached out to them to report the issues, but never received a response. Interestingly, they were very quick to reply when I was placing the order, but once the purchase was completed, the customer service completely disappeared. This kind of after-sales service is really poor and frustrating. Based on this experience, I definitely won’t be shopping with them again. Not recommended.

   I order clothes from here online every Eid and for most events. My last purchase was a mendhi outfit 2 weeks ago. I informed the Instagram page that I would be coming to the shop from out of town, the shop is 1.5 hours away from my home. My sister also came from 1 hour away, we met there. When we arrived, we was advised that the formal wear were currently packed away whilst they got rid of their sale stock. I asked politely if we can see the formal wear as we did travel a lot with my kids also, specifically to come to this shop. We was advised that it’s by appointment only. There was no notice of this change on their Instagram page or no notification that the shop will not be displaying formal wear until after Eid. Ideally, out of pure understanding, the manager could have appreciated our long term custom, understood we travelled so long and potentially shown us the formal wear available, or gave us some sort of appointment. At the very least, she could have explained to us in a respectful manner that they cannot show us the formal wear and apologised for the lack of customer notice. I feel disappointed and unfortunately, will no longer be shopping here. Shame because the clothes are beautiful.

   Has bought online from their instagram page several times now. Everytime got satisfied with their quality, delivery time and customer service. Last time I ordered 2 dresses for my mom and 1 for me. My mom received it and I didn’t. Asked them. They told me that my parcel got lost somewhere but they are pleased to refund me. I have asked for the refund but later Been told that have same design and size available if I want to place my order. Which i did. Sooo happy when I received my dresses. Would highly recommend
