   If you don’t want to give this store an email address then I suggest you shop somewhere else. I was in today looking for something they didn’t have but happened to see a couple of cute jumpers so took those to the till. After paying they asked for my email, and I said ‘no I would like a paper receipt please’. I was told that ‘the big bosses’ were in and they are very keen, to which I replied ‘I’m sorry but I don’t care, I do not want to give my email address’. After this I was met with 3 sarcastic comments of ‘thanks for all your help’ and advised that she was going to get told off now for giving a paper receipt out. Terrible attitude and not warranted as I was not rude in any way. Well done New Look in Keighley - will go elsewhere from now on!

   Me and my friend went in to buy a new swim suit and as soon as we got in almost all the staff working kept staring at us and even 2 of them were following us around, we went into the changing rooms but they didn't fit us so we put everything back but then a lady came up to us and accused us of stealing and she searched our bags. Obviously she didn't find anything, she didnt apologise just walk of and we left shortly after but she still followed us and everyone was giving us dirty looks.

   Brilliant service. Very good customer service. I like that they also have sale items . Very easy to do returns from online shopping. No intentions of buying anything but can’t help myself. So many great choices.

   Not been a fan of new look keighley for a long time. Messy constant sales area that was basically seconds and really old stock. Seconds was not displayed on tickets. Miserable ignorant staff last time publicly arguing with a security guard. I nipped through to take a short cut to the opposite side of the centre, picked up a couple of bits for my granddaughter. Was suprised gone was the racks of old junk well for now anyway. Still some ignorant staff but lady on till was nice and pleasant
