   The store in Harrogate Road is not bad but one particular staff member was extremely rude to me I returned a item with no receipt but was already told by customer service I could return for a exchange but the staff member just plainly said no with no explanation so after I told her I could she ended getting the manager in which he said yes I could. The lady staff member should definitely not be working dealing with public

   It was alot better then previous visits,I think this store is the biggest Matalan I have ever been in and they was alot more stock on display,plenty of parking and the disabled spots as well,only downside was the car park needs a good clean up it definitely hasn't been cleaned up for many years especially against the walls inside the store it was very well organised and clean.will definitely go back

   Only 1 till is open and customers are forced to struggle and use the self service whilst also having to wait ages before they’re helped by another member of staff. After making a complaint to Sharron about about a misleading advertisement she had responded to us in a degrading manner rather than explaining about the advertisement. Customer service is absolutely shocking. What was supposed to be a short trip turned into nearly 2 hours due the lack of customer service.

   Never seem to have any paper bags everytime I come here. You're forced to buy the £1.00 bags. Although it's a poor way to sell bags as you're forced to buy it or go out with your clothes in your hands. Won't use this store again..
