Stuck in the 70's for it's decour. Carpets are dirty, mish_mash, no coherent design feature. Feels like canon mills but with the roof. Canon mills is much better. It looks like they are having a refit. If they aren't then 1* The bridal suite 5*
I placed an order with Bombay Stores on 11th November. They admitted they could not supply the full piece of material and promised an immediate refund. Weeks later, no refund has been issued. Despite repeated phone calls and emails, there has been zero response. Their customer service is non‑existent, and their published refund policy has been ignored. I have now had to escalate this through my bank as suspected fraud. This is unacceptable. Taking money, failing to deliver goods, refusing to communicate, and withholding refunds is disgraceful. Customers deserve honesty and accountability — not silence and suspicion. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
An absolute huge choice of clothes, accessories for all occasions and much more. Lovely and friendly staff. Superb, affordable and quality garments. So recommend you go. Thank you. Plenty of parking. Spacious inside.
I called in before going in to get my nose pierced and was told a man would do it for me because the lady wasn’t in to do it. So I went in and then got told that he didn’t want to do it. Was very disappointed because he didn’t even apologise for it. He Had a smirk on his face and laughed it off like it was some sort of a joke. Bear in mind that I came from a far place just to get it done. I was very disappointing and wouldn’t ever go back as I was looking forward to it. Never would recommend this place for nose piercings. If you do want to get it done here then I would definitely recommend speaking to the women over the phone first that works their as she knows how to communicate properly and knows what she is doing i know this because it’s was not my first time coming to get it done.do not go to the man as they will waste your time. If you are wanting to get it done I would definitely recommend Clair’s in Bradford Broadway as you will not be disappointed at all. It will save you from all that hassle.
Once was the greatest Asian store in the uk but it’s fallen off so badly over the years. Terrible selection and been worse customer service skills, I must have asked 5 people for the same thing to be passed from pillar to post Prices on the website are completely different to store one person who is the manager apparently said he’ll match it go to counter and to be told that’s not the case If I didn’t have an event that evening and lost my patience due to short notice I’d have never shopped there or ever would again for that matter
Always loved this place for our fabrics and diamantes however there appears to have been a de line in choice recently. However we will be back as we are aware there are possibly stock isshes still impacting business
Very interesting place. I was amazed at the standard of work put into the garments on show. I bought some swatches of material for several projects also some buttons. Unfortunately the buttons were not put into my bad. If they had I would have given 5 stars. Staff were very pleasant and obviously knew there jobs.
Lots of materials, outfits, wedding accessories Asian inspired. Most of the staff are friendly but found a couple of the female staff a bit unwelcoming. Good prices and lots of variety.
I loved this shop. Could spend hours if I could. Such good bargains and staff are friendly and welcoming. Plenty parking outside too. They sell very nice clothes ranging from casuals to occasion ware at decent prices, also fabrics and all sewing needs and much much more!
Lovely store with everything you need to sew. I found Lovely cotton lawn fabric there yesterday. The Men who work there were very helpful. They all stock ready made clothes so it was a great one stop shopping experience. It was great to see both Asian & British people shopping there. Highly recommend Bombay Stores.
