Always eat here when I’m back in the area to see family. Been going here since I was a very young. Changed hands a few times. These owners are exceptional and are exceptionally good at running the pub. Honest food at reasonable prices. Without a doubt one of best pubs serving food . Always busy. Friendly service. Dogs welcome. Hard to beat.

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent Inn ! We had a Sunday roast with us choosing beef, pork and turkey roasts. The meat was excellent, very moist with lovely roast potatoes, great veg and enormous Yorkshire puddings !

Absolutely phenomenal food! We had sandwiches and they were epic! Good value too in this day and age of gastro pubs. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Dog friendly and dogs actually welcome! Highly recommend. My hat off to them. We shall be back!

Great restaurant just outside Cannington. Been here many times and the food is always top notch. Desserts are all homemade. Plenty of seating, but advised to book as its often full most nights. Occaisonal themed nights on mondays, such as pie night and schnitzel night.

Beautiful homecooked cook, good prices, lovely staff. We were a group of 18 that booked at fairly short notice for a full Sunday lunch, the pub staff were very accommodating. Would highly recommend

Food was great but experience ruined by one of the staff seemingly taking offence to being asked to top up an under poured Guinness. Value isn't bad but a pint of orange and lemonade costing the same as a pint of beer seems a bit harsh. Edit: I've been in again. The food was good again but I've dropped the review a start for the Guinness messures not improving. Pretty basic stuff to get right.
