On the 10th March 2020 i visited jas suits, with the intension to get a suit jacket seam repaired. On entering the premises I was made too wait about 10 seonds before any one turned up. When a lady dod turn up she stood there like a stuffed dummy and never spoke one single word not even how may I help? I told her that I had a suit jascket that needed repairing and asked her if she wanted to look, she continued to say nothing. When she eventually spoke she said no im too busy. I asked when wont you be busy any idea she said dont know. I asked Mrs chatter box when she can do it how much would it cost? She said £5. No customer service and I found mrs chatter box abrupt and rude as she never greeted or said goodbye.
