   Great service from the lovely new lady at Charles Clinkark Ilkley, stayed with me the whole time and asked regarding my needs then went through a range to products to tailor to my needs including suitable insoles to help with my plantar fasciitis, as I'm on my feet all day at the hospital. She helped me decide on the perfect pair of Bugatti shoes. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get her name, but thank you for the lovely, warm experience I had. Ta! Ismail Khan

   Checked online stock prior to visit. Beautiful shop. Really good quality shoes and so much choice. Young man assisting was helpful and polite. Saved so much time avoiding the fashion chain store options. I have absolutely fabulous new boots. I definitely recommend this store and will be a returning customer.

   Received call from shop to say shoes arrived. Went to shop but wrong shoes had been sent to shop. A call next day confirmed my purchase had arrived Picked up shoes Staff at shop really good. Wrong shoes replaced within a day. Everyone can make a mistake it is how you deal with the situation that matters. Full marks to staff at Clinkard Ilkley

   I found the staff ignorant. They ignored me when I walked in the shop. When I asked if they sold Gabor mens shoes they didn't know and had to look on computer. They didn't sell them. Awful service.

   In the past, I have had some truly awful customer service experiences in this branch. However, this week I was served by Debbie, and things were different. She gave unfussy, good service. Obtaining me some sandals from another branch. Couldn’t ask for more. More Debbies required here.
