   Some white lady asked me unnecessarily questions about my age, where I study, which I felt was completely irrelevant, humiliating, and unprofessional. This experience left me feeling disrespected, distrusted, and uncomfortable. I believe customers should be treated with professionalism and courtesy, not suspicion and condescension, and I request that this matter be addressed to prevent similar experiences in the future

   Lack of staff... long wait times.. no greeting upon entry... waited on the sofa for 25 mins to just close an account in the end I wasn't attended to so left

She truly went beyond her duties and delivered excellent customer service.she is definitely suitable for her manager position. Natwest should have more employers like her. Thank you Caroline

   Kirpa, one of the staff members here today was very rude. First did not even attempt to help me to put some cash notes into the cash machine and send me straight to the queue ,even though I've explained i am in a hurry. Then waiting into the queue because I was one step out of the line she came to ask me to move. I've explained that I did not wanted to stay some close of the others but she insisted. Then one lady behind me, who looks old but fitted she bought a chair for her to sit on the queue. Lady insisted that she doesn't want to sit but Kirpa so rude keep showing her with the hand to sit down until the lady felt bad and sat down. I think she was embarrassed. Really rude.

   I had the best experience with Caroline, she was so helpful and personable. I needed to transfer money for a deposit for a house, Caroline explained how it happened and next steps and was so patient with me and made me feel very at ease. Couldn’t have been a better service.

   Booked a business coin collection through the website, got to the branch today, "Oh no, we don't do THAT on a Saturday". Yet the website let's you book it. Not only that but it asks for a phone number in case there is an issue, did they phone me? Of course not. Lots of disgruntled customers in branch, no cash at all on a Saturday... Why even open??? Wasted my time and money getting there and queuing. Dreadful.

   My mother passed away a month ago and Maria and the staff kindly sent my father a box of biscuits which was a sweet and kind touch. We were very touched by this kind gesture. No other organisation has done this… Thank you!

   Banks always seem to get a bad press. Personally I try to limit my visits and bank online. When I do come here I try to pick a quieter time. I find the staff very helpful, it's clean and the facilities are fine. It's a bank! It does what I need it to do! Well done Nat West staff.
