   I just bought 2 items from WSM branch. Didn't want to enter my email address at the till so the woman serving me didn't give me a receipt. Without the receipt number I can not return my items online ( too big). Just a very uncomfortable situation. I wouldn't recommend.

   Hi, I would just like to say a big thankyou to 2 members of staff at Weston super Mare New Look. Thankyou,Lis and Emily. I made a purchase today 2/08/24 Whilst paying I unknowingly dropped a £10. I realised a little while later and rang the store. Emma and Lis had found it and had put it somewhere safe. On returning to store the girls were so kind and helpful. Thankyou so much for your honesty and great customer service. I am very grateful.
