My advisor carried out a thorough review of my existing plans and enabled me to focus on what I wanted to achieve in the future. He prepared a comprehensive proposal which he explained very clearly. It met all my objectives and since its implementation my investments are doing very well and I am getting good feedback as to their progress.    On recommendation by a friend, I contacted Iain in a panic to try and switch my mortgage offer from a 2 to 5 year fixed mortgage when I was unable to reach my own mortgage broker. He was very responsive and provided helpful, salient advice when I'm sure he was extremely busy given the economic situation. He did this for no cost and actually did himself out of business by telling me it was better to sort via my original broker if I could. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and will use him going forward when I next require a broker. Excellent service is a rarity this days!
