   I purchased a spin dryer last year, and initially, it worked perfectly fine. However, recently, it has started making extremely loud noises during use, to the point where it's unbearable. I contacted customer service via Amazon and was asked to call their provided number. After several failed attempts to get through, they gave me another number. When I finally managed to speak with someone, they assured me a technician would call to arrange a visit and repair the item. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for this communication, and it’s been weeks now. The lack of response is highly frustrating, and I need this issue resolved. Either the dryer needs to be repaired, or I would like a refund or replacement item sent to me as soon as possible. Very disappointed with the after-sales service so far.

   Ordered a spin dryer on Wednesday afternoon & it was delivered at 8 a.m Friday morning. Great communication from both White Knight Appliances & the carrier Parcel Force. I would definitely buy from this company again & will be recommending to family & friends. Thank you !

   White Knight Appliances came to fix my dishwasher and double wall ovens. He thought it was one thing for the ovens which required him to hire another helper to pull out the ovens but then realized that he was mistaken and he had fixed the wrong thing. So then he determined it was something else and supposedly fixed it but in fact all he actually determined was that the ovens work if you set them to "Convection Bake" but don't work at all on regular bake. He told us to use "Convection Bake" and left us with a $1,009. bill and the ovens still don't work on regular bake function. Dishwasher is fixed though.

   Fantastic customer service. I ordered a hot plate as a wedding gift which arrived damaged and the sales team could not have been more helpful, arranging a collection of the damaged one and replacement within 24 hours. If I could rate them with 6 stars I would!

   I bought the skin dryer in Aug 2021 and the motor burnt out in Sept 2022, which is just outside the 1 year warranty. But the manufacturer of White Knight appliances went bust a few years ago so there are no spare available and the warranty is worthless. Of you want to buy a piece of scrap, be my guest.

   Review has been updated to update ANYONE! About my rather short sighted review in the first instance. PLEASE BE KIND ENOUGH TO READ ALL PLEASE. Nothing to do with White Knight appliances AT ALL. COMPANY NO LONGER EXISTS!? Which I had already assumed as the factory was demolished several months ago and we live around 1 mile from site!! HOWEVER!! I contacted them to ask about White Knight dryers in stock! And the detail supplied and help given has resulted in a 1⭐ easily becoming a 5⭐ score! Very well deserved☺️.

   I bought a vented dryer directly from the manufacturer. Delivery was smooth and as agreed. Communication with the company was on point. I chose a White Knight dryer as I noticed a common theme amongst reports and stories on forums and review boards. The dryers don't seem to break. At their price range I was more than willing to put this to test. I hope my story will be as successful as others. As for my dryer, I bought the C86A7W sensor vented dryer. I have using it for a month now. The program settings do exactly what they say. Could not be easier to use. I'm very happy with my purchase.

   Moved house at the end of last year and was gutted I could not take my tumble dryer with me as it was integrated. I thought I could make do without one in my new home, but no! Had two White Knight dryers before and they are reliable and reasonably priced. Never ordered direct from the manufacturer before, but was pleasantly surprised that the price was competitive and the service from ordering through to delivery was first class. They communicated every step clearly to me and it arrived when they said it would. Very pleased.

   There are very few integrated tumble dryers on the market and White Knight is a name I trust so bought one from them. It was delivered on time and the customer service was excellent. It fitted perfectly in the space already there and we were able to fit the cabinet door on the machine. It is much quieter than my previous tumble dryer and I have found it dries without creasing most items so saving on the ironing. I am very pleased with my purchase.
