   It was late November 1987 when we bought our first tv from Broadbents, Imperial Arcade Shop. Over the past 38 years we have bought all our tv's and domestic appliances from Broadbents. Their service has been exemplorary throughout. Our concern is that the employees that have lost their jobs will be able to find employment soon. Thank You Broadbents, You will be missed.

   I recently moved into my first home and the original washer/drier broke shortly after. I was recommended Broadbents and they were brilliant every step of the way, they were knowledgable about their available products and gave good advice without pressuring you into going with the most expensive option. They properly measured and assessed everything at my property to make sure installing wouldn't be a waste of our time and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. The man spent a while fitting the integrated door for me and ensured it fit perfectly rather than an it'll do approach, and even helped re-fit some of the other kitchen cupboard doors and things I removed for easier access to pipes etc (and no, they didn't charge more for their time!). They removed the old one with no fuss and were friendly at the same time as being talented at what they do, which was greatly appreciated. I've used the new washer drier and it was everything I hoped it would be and more, so much better than the last one was (even before it broke)! I found when comparing the price here with bigger companies there wasn't really that much of a difference when you factor in the installation costs, and I felt like the service was more personal too. I feel a big company would be more likely to focus on quantity and how many we can install in a day, with broadbents it felt more focused on the quality and making sure they do the best job they can, which I think matters most to us customers. Definitely worthwhile going again if I ever need anything, thanks Broadbents!

   Very helpful and as we were buying a dishwasher and TV it took a while but no-one else in the shop. There wasn't a great choice for either item but we wanted to buy locally. We havent had delivery yet so we will see how that goes

   Received my new washer on Sat afternoon. Delighted with the service from store to door. I have purchased many electrical items over several years & the customer service is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. My dryer & washer needed to be swapped around to fit & time was spent getting it all just right. I definitely recommend.

   Rang about a small freezer for the garage at 11.45. By 2.30 the same day it had been delivered and installed. I have used this company many times and always had brilliant service. This was amazing today though. Many thanks again for your wonderful service.
