   Used them through eBay. Very poor customer service, they take ages to respond and they didn’t solved my issue that I had with the purchase I made, despite the number of messages I have sent to them. I have sent the 2 products I purchased back to them as agreed with them and not issued the refund as they said they will. Can’t escalate it through eBay as it’s out of the return policy.
