   We have been really impressed with Sherwin Hall from planning our kitchen diner through to build and beyond. They have been extremely helpful and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

   I dont like placing bad reviews especially for local companies but feel I been left with no choice. Our kitchen is not even 3 years old yet it's very lightly used as only 2 adults using it so didnt expect this to happen so quickly. I been left with a worktop that the top of it is breaking away the material in it and kitchen handles with peeling film coming off them. This was reported to sherwin who they did to be fair send someone to look at it. His words word I have never seen this before and it's very unusual. To be sent an email been accused of and I quote as a result of excessive impact on a number of occasions this is why the worktop is doing what it's which is absolute rubbish and a fob off for poor materials been used. I warn anyone of you purchase a kitchen from here don't pick handles in picture or the worktop so you don't suffer with a nice bill of replacing it as Sherwin like to fob you off once the 2 year warranty has finshed. Extremely disappointed in customer service on this.

   Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. We had fantastic service from the first day in the showroom with Daniella, through the design process with Iga and on to the fitting with Steve (rip out), Wayne (fitter), Richard (Electrics) and Mark (Plumber) - all perfectly project managed by Nicola. The quality of the Edwin Loxley product is superb and whilst it’s not been a quick job, it’s definitely worth the wait and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top end kitchen.

   The design team were extremely responsive to my likes and dislikes leading to very few changes to the design that they initially put together for me. The process from that design to completion of the kitchen was extremely smooth and very well managed by the project manager. The kitchen was installed by a skilled and professional team. The quality of the products installed is top notch. I can not recommend Sherwin Hall and its partners enough. A fabulous team to work with, thank you.

   Terrible Service ! Popped in at 5:10pm (shuts at 5:30pm) and was seeking advice if they would install a bar area for an out-building. There were 5 staff having a team meeting and the one lady who did serve me stated its not her area and come back later, providing a business card... the other staff weren't interested.. In future, improve your communication skills as below; 1. Don't have meetings during open hours, you're there to provide a service to customers and should be scheduled out of office times. 2. Don't give a card and for the Customer to call back.... you should collect a Customers details and ring them back, onus is on you as a business. 3.If a single member of staff is only available, ensure they are trained to provide simple guidance about all your products, not just to say 'Not my area' and for the customer to walk out. Found a local supplier to build a kitchen/bar area 2m x 3m for £6,000

   Sherwin Hall kitchens are meticulous in every stage of design and build. They gave us great ideas for our kitchen and delivered excellent service before and after installation. Their attention to detail is 2nd to none and this is what you pay for, their brilliant customer service. Andreas and Nicola were particularly brilliant at their jobs and ensured a smooth process. Highly recommended.

   Excellent products and service. We felt looked after all the way through the journey from idea, design to installation and aftercare, the expertise, the ideas and guidance, attention to detail. The fitters also very considerate and accommodating. All this in a pandemic!! I know it was difficult for the team and we are extremely happy with our kitchen. Thanks team SH!

   Professional and excellent service. We had great service from Kinga Klusek who designed our kitchen and nothing was too much trouble for her. Every question and amendments where done and answered quickly. Andreas was excellent from site survey and delivery. Sadly the lockdown period had meant we had to change plans and Andreas dealt with this with great professionalism and again nothing was too much trouble liasing with our builders and post installation snags. We are very pleased with our kitchen and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Both Kinga and Andreas are a credit to the company. A special thanks to Daniella also for assistance.
