   Really hard to get hold of. Did a decent job when finally arranged. They are supposed to be ordering a part and cannot get hold of anyone at all. Email and phone not being answered and website disappeared. Getting concerned now

   Went to this shop to look for a heating element for an Indesit electric oven.They had it on stock! The guy was very helpful, he tested the continuity of the old part and confirmed it was burnt.

   Our washing machine gave up the ghost yesterday morning, 9th Dec 2020. We just went to look at some machines to see what the cost would be. We picked on Cheylesmore Appliances in Quinton Parade., Coventry. We were served by Paul, he knew everything about all the washing machines. He advised which one would suit us so we ordered it on the spot. Paul said he could arrange delivery and installation for the next day and would ring us at 10am on the next day to confirm a time. 10am we took the call and the Bosh washing machine was delivered exactly when they said. They removed the failed machine and installed the new one and carefully checked its functions were all ok. They took the old unit and all the packaging with them. This was all completed from start to finish, within 24 hours. Absolute magic, many thanks to Paul and both delivery men, they were so good.

   My washer/dryer had stopped working so I asked Cheylesmore Appliances to come out to have a look at it. The repairman (Steve) did a thorough investigation in to what was wrong and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately it wasn't cost effective to fix it, but they explained what had happened and gave some advice on choosing a new machine. Overall very happy with their service!

   Far better and more helpful than the big outlets, very knowledgeable and only seem to sell quality products. Been using them since 1997 when they were local to me, I've long since moved but cannot find anywhere else as reliable so still travel in to Coventry to use them
