ordered a Kashmiri pink tea with nuts just after midnight, but when I got home (3 miles away) it turned out to be plain green tea. I went back today to explain, expecting a polite response, but the staff were rude and dismissive, saying I should’ve “come back.” Poor attitude and no sense of customer care. And they did not offer replacement
Drive through, Service was great and fast, enough parking space while you wait for your food in your car. The chai, falooda and doughnuts were great. A couple of other food places within the parking area. A lovely food court and spot.
Delicious fresh hot Doughnuts good choice of toppings nice and fluffy not heavy. Tea in nice and the milk cakes top. Good friendly staff place is clean. 5/5
Loved the taste of pink tea. They have a seating place across the road where fresh Donuts are available.
Normally come here before and after work. Donuts are always fresh and delicious and decorated with care. The staff is always friendly And helpful and I’ve never had an issue in this place. Tried a variety of things such as brownies which were full of flavour, ice cream which is to die for and the tea which never disappoints. There is such a large variety of flavours for the doughnuts, milkshakes and ice creams as well!! Would definitely order from here again.
Amazing place for tea and donuts including other desserts! Decor is nice inside and the customer service is great. Donuts are baked fresh with a good variety of toppings. This place is very reasonably priced. If your around this area I would recommend stopping by.

Just been here for the first time. Absolutely beautiful, best Donuts & Milkshake i have ever had. Staff were super friendly.
