   Me and my daughter have been learning Jiu Jitsu with Sensei Raj since the start of the year. It’s a great club, very welcoming and Raj is a wonderful instructor, ably aided by Mike and other senior belts. I like that the club is more about teaching traditional techniques in a realistic but fun way. You wear a plain gi with one plain badge on it. I like that simple approach. I would urge anyone of any age to have a go. I am in my 60s and returning to Jitsu after many years. I was worried how I’d keep up with all the youngsters but it’s been excellent is all I can say.

   Fun, family friendly sport club. My daughter has really enjoyed Jitsu for the last four years and recently her younger brothers have also joined in. Great exercise and good fun way to learn self defence and make friends. Adults also welcomed and I’ve joined in finding it a great club to lose a bit of weight, get fitter and make some new friends.

   Fantastic club that is well organised, welcoming and great at what they do. Suitable for all ages, levels and confidences. Highly encourages development, teamwork and progression through face-to-face classes or Youtube reminder videos. Also have and encourage team travels to competitions/gradings throughout the year so that no one is left out. Wonderful club that would highly recommend to all.

   My daughter has been attending jiu jitsu here since she was 5 and thoroughly enjoys it. It’s a safe and friendly environment with all the safeguarding in place that should be expected. A great culture is in place at the club fostering enjoyable learning along with discipline and respect. Keep up the good work!
