A lovely cosy cafe run by two lovely ladies who always welcome you with a smile. Always pre-order over the phone so the food is ready for our arrival. Food quality is always fantastic and piping hot and is always a treat, especially the breakfast wrap which is my guilty pleasure.
Went for a breakfast wrap also a chicken wrap too. Served with a smile very pleasing. Cafe full of customers all talking to each other lovely spot great cook there too
Tried to place an order for sandwiches with my colleagues as we do every payday. When we called in to place the order, we were very abruptly advised that they are ‘far too busy to be making an order of 10 sandwiches’ and to stop ordering from them, whilst another person in the background was also shouting and bawling about our audacity to order sandwiches from their sandwich shop. Very poor customer service goes without saying. Avoid like the plague. In response to the below reply, I don’t think the review is unfair and let me tell you why: If you had advised on the phone as you are below, that you ‘already had a back log of orders’ and that you ‘couldn’t cater for [our order] on this particular busy Friday morning’ rather than dealing with the situation as you did, being rude by telling us to stop ordering from you entirely whilst another member of staff talks ill of us in the background, this review may never have been posted. To give a little bit of background: when we have made orders previously, we have always been greeted rudely on the phone and been made to feel like we are causing an inconvenience ordering anything from yourselves. Whether the items we are ordering are from your ‘signature range’ or not, they are items on your menu so you should expect people to order them, not penalise them for doing so. One of my colleagues called in once at around 9:30am as you open at 9am only to have the phone call declined and a rude message sent by yourselves stating you open at 10am and to stop calling, then her number was promptly blocked so she can no longer call in and place orders. Although this review is mainly posted due to our previous experience, it has also been posted due to our other poor previous experiences before, having to deal with disgusting attitude, horrible customer service and being made to feel like criminals for ordering sandwiches from a sandwiches shop. I hope you understand that if you don’t change your customer service or attitude towards people, you will lose far many more customers than ourselves (if you haven’t already!). Don’t forget, your main competition is only around the corner.
Food never made it to my house and the cafe can't help because there use delivery driver there don't speak too. So now I have to wait days to see if I can get my 25 pound back from emailing justeat. No food and an headache trying to get my cash back. Will never order again!
Ordered my first breakfast butty this morning. Omg the only way to describe the butty is WOW so tasty, mouthwatering and yummy. Plus the hazelnut lattes are superb. I will defo be ordering again. Thank you
We have just had an absolute gorgeous evening roast delivered to us, it came in good time all still hot. This was a welcome tea whilst we have no kitchen, we will definitely be ordering again. 5 stars all day and our compliments to the chef! Thankyou!
I’ve been going to Preston Martin’s since they opened and their food is amazing. It’s run by Zoe and Claire who work hard in this family run business. Try them out, you will NOT be disappointed, especially love their breakfast wraps and muffins!
