   Service was friendly and nice staff. Sadly the coffee was rushed and bitter. Plus they just make every coffee the same. Had a latte and a cappuccino and literally bit the same amount of froth. Nice store tho and nice staff.

   The girls working were super nice! Isabelle was really sweet and patient (I have a little social anxiety so it was really appreciated). The food is always nice and came really quickly.

   I ordered a takeaway capuccino with caramel, got in the car and drove away, after a few minutes I realized that there was something wrong with this coffee, I tried again, looked inside and it turned out to be milk with water and chocolate sprinkles. I turned the car around and asked for a second coffee but unfortunately I didn't get it, the lady from the service decided that I had drunk too much so apparently the "coffee" was good. I did not expect such impudence. I will avoid the place from a distance, and it was enough for the barista to admit that there was a mistake and offer a second coffee. I realized that it's more profitable to lose a customer than another coffee.

   A good Costa, the drinks are really nice having a Costa card is handy, however the toilets are often unclean and they don’t do gluten free food which is a shame

   I've been coming here for about 5 years. The staff are usually friendly, the coffee is always up to the usual high Costa standards and there's almost always somewher to sit.

   It’s a typical Costa but a good example. Staff are friendly and helpful and there’s plenty of seating. Toilets weren’t the cleanest (floors mainly) but I could see staff checking them and filling up hand towels so they’re obviously on top of it.
