   Super unethical company that takes money from customers even when they are very aware the items advertised are not in stock. They last few orders I have place they have not had the items in stock (varying items), but they are not informing customers of this. They are instead taking their money and then posting the items a week or so later when in stock even though next day delivery is advertised. I can completely understand if this would have been the case for one or two orders as things do go out of stock, but it is every single time I place an order. There’s no offer of a refund and only on certain occasions have I been informed that next day delivery is rather two weeks later. It’s just bad business to take a customers money under false pretences. Their excuse is that they’re a small business, but I myself am a small one person online business and always manage to remove items from my website if they’re not for sale. This company needs to adopt better morals and treat customers with more respect!

Not only was it the best priced on the internet, their customer service and follow-up has been top-notch - delivering the machine when they said they would and being on hand promptly when we've had questions. I really can't fault Jurang!

   Ordered a coffee machine from Jurang. Not only were they the best price for the particular model I was after, it was delivered within 24 hours together with a generous selection of different beans to try. Pete was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Answered all my questions with patience and was very knowledgeable about coffee in general. Outstanding customer service. I will certainly be placing my future orders for beans and accessories from Jurang. Very pleased I’ve found them.

The machine was promptly delivered and immediately put into use. I was also given a supply of fair trade coffee beans to try which I find to be of exceptional quality and flavour.
