   Service is terrible. I stood at the till waiting to place my order. The lady on the till ignored me, while looking at her phone and talking to her colleagues about non work related topics. Then without acknowledging me or making eye contact, she walked off to the toilets. None of the other staff acknowledged me or tried to serve me. If you are going to charge premium prices for hot water and some ground coffee, then I would expect better service and treatment. You get much better service in a greasy spoon cafe at a fraction of the cost.

   Always a nice place for coffee and atmosphere, I frequently come here just to read and drink coffee. It's nice, sometimes busy. Sometimes slower service but the drive through can be busy too. For what it is, it's great!

   Great Experience. Our coffees were bang on, even had a pretty pattern on top. Not allowed dogs inside due to franchise policies, so we used the drive thru, the team were very enthusiastic about our furry-friend and offered him a puppuccino which he thoroughly enjoyed. There weren't many staff on and we seemed to visit in the middle of a rush, but still the team were polite, our coffees were great and it took us no longer than 5 minutes. Efficient service, quality coffee and a lovely team.

   I come here on average 2/3 times a day after moving to the area and i would 100% say it’s the best in the local area. I have to give a special mention to Shanell - the customer service from this woman is outstanding and I feel this needs to be mentioned. I’m usually your typical fussy customer but she goes above and beyond every single time. What an incredible member of staff you have in her! Coffee is coffee but when it comes with such friendly and attentive service I can honestly say my custom will continue. Starbucks, please make sure to give her the recognition she deserves. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!!

   I got a parking ticket from Parking Eye despite giving my registration to staff and being assured it would be ok to overstay the two hours. I also videoed the interaction as proof. I went back to the store who promised to sort it out and was told to ignore the ticket, I also videoed this interaction. A few weeks later I get a county court summons with extra costs. As Starbucks have no complaints procedure and no interest I have little choice but to pay a sum now inflated because of the staffs false promises. Disgusted - no doubt this review will be ignored by them

   Not the best of experiences, my partners iced coffee was burnt, very bitter taste. Panini’s not cut, no napkins. Can’t really say if it’s a one off but it’s not the standard you expect from a Starbucks. My large latte was nice, shame about my partners!
