It was our first time visiting here. We ordered two tuna melts ( one sandwich the other was a panini) a large Mocha and a tea. £21... Sandwich was edible but I couldnt see any tuna ... just cheesy sauce slop ...would I pay for tea and a sandwich from here again... doubtful. Which is a shame as the lady who greeted us seemed lovely.

I love the cakes. Tried the coffee cake and the cheesecake, both were good. British cakes are often too sweet for me, but its just the right amount of sweetness. And the coffee cake in particular is a fluffy sponge cake with coffee buttercream which is fantastic. However, the flavor of the coffee was not to my liking, and the attitude of the service made me think that the staff were as bored with her work as I often am.

Ordered two full English breakfasts, then had to ask for cutlery, as it's not out for self collection. Then was asked how many? Why is was not supplied when they brought it I don't know, can't be their first time! Bread was spread for you! I don't like this as I want to apply my own spread. Small amount of beans, tomato hardly saw the pan, although it was not tinned so that was a plus. Bacon fatty. Overall average and maybe should've stuck to our usual but it's sometimes good to spread your business around.

Had a lovely latte and Prawn salad wrap today. First visit, friendly staff and clean cafe. Food and drink both lovely.

Good service by the staff who were working hard on the Saturday morning we visited. Food was a little disappointing - notably the salad garnish with our paninis given the price.

Disappointed as wanted soup to go. It was 320pm and I was told kitchen was closed at 315pm (they close at 400pm). Surely for s takeout you could make an exception especially as the soup was probably ready??? All staff wearing masks and seemed impersonal when approached

Visited for the first time today when meeting friends. Friendly, polite staff welcomed us as we entered. Whilst the café wasn't packed, it was still busy yet our food was brought to the table quite quickly and tasted lovely. Staff were visible and keen to make experience enjoyable, attentive without being intrusive. Thoroughly recommend this café and will definitely keep coming back.

I have visited Café Dido for my first time today. The staff who attended me was lovely, kind and very helpful. You can ask them about allergies and preferences without any issues. All the tables were clean and tidy. I had the quietness to enjoy my reading. The coffee was a very nice one and the food was tasty and filling. I would recommend this Café to everyone, a very nice spot in Leicester.
