Would have been zero stars if I could have selected that. Table of 9. Children's meal of chicken wrap was deep fried chicken. Very very greasy and chicken hard as nails. Steak pie was raw. Staff was adequate and pleasant however hands seemed tied in terms of doing anything. Offered free desert but we refused this.

Dined here for years but today was the first time for Christmas Dinner. Absolutely spot on! It was all very well planned out and we neither felt rushed or as though we had to wait for anything. Generous portions, beautiful food and Thomas who looked after us was exceptionally good. He simply couldn’t do enough for us and is a credit to this place. Thank you all so much for giving up your Christmas Day to make our Christmas Day. Merry Christmas and we look forward to our next meal with you!!! :)

Very enjoyable birthday meal with family after a recommendation. The upstairs area where the carvery is served was a little crowded, especially with the queue for the carvery being quite large too but there is another room so you could potentially ask to be seated there. The food itself was beautiful however and all adequately hot and plenty of choice, and the desserts were great too. We did have to wait for one dessert however as they forgot about it but all in all, an enjoyable meal out.

Just yum! Loved it. Some meats were a little dry but meh can’t complain for the price and atmosphere and alcohol choices. But dear me! I am 29 and those bathrooms are the same from my days at the wacky wear house before it burnt down! I have seen them reply to say bathrooms are next but little of a let down when everything else was nice. Also some tables are so short! (Top left corner one) They have a few tables with a lip so tall people can not get right under and a few mix match chairs! Dessert though! The lady always does an amazing job!

We would like to thank Reece and all his staff for giving us such an amazing wedding meal. We only had small wedding with just ourselves and two friends but we could not have asked for anymore. Our table was all decorated and ready for us in the room beside the bar ... we were left on our own and they kept the public away from us so we could enjoy our day privately...Reece and his staff were so attentive and helpful and so kind. Thank you guys for our amazing meal and looking after us.. Love Julie and Steve..xx

Well what can I say about this place my partner booked a table as we was getting married in two days later but our final meal before our wedding so I phoned them up and asked them if they can do something nice for her when we get there. They put on the table a bottle of wine and a rose and then after pudding they brought out a board saying congratulations on. I would highly recommend this place thank you so much for a lovely meal and your hospitality photos attached

Amazing place. Too bad it is not advertised and the location is not exactly...central. Prices were a bit high for the location but they use home made, farm grown products. First place in Leeds I had real home made sausages. The ambient is warming and welcoming, plenty of space both indoor and outdoor.
