I was served by lovely staff, especially the blond girl with glasses. Very friendly and smily. Absolutely love them and thanks to her i will be a regular client to this shop.

This is my regular cafe nero and as a member of Three+ rewards, I like to enjoy a delicious personalised drink once a week with my code. Never in my several years of using this process have I been served by a barista so rude and incompetent, her attitude rendered an unenjoyable experience. Sadly I did not get her name but I understand there to be two red headed staff members and the one with the glasses is absolutely lovely and very friendly every time, however the other taller lady with red hair who keeps her hair in a ponytail seems as though she doesn’t even want to be serving customers and making drinks! Why do this job if you cannot provide the correct customer service experience that is included as part of your job description? Usually I am not one to write bad reviews but she not only ruined what was meant to be a nice warming moment from the cold with my partner by giving us lukewarm drinks, but she also tested my knowledge of the T&C’s of my code (which i’ve been using for years without any issues) by denying my partner marshmallows free of cost, which is what it granted with the three+ code and tried to charge him extra! Not only that but I specially asked for an alternative milk, she gave me cows milk I realised only after leaving the store & had to throw the rest of my drink away and I suffered the consequences of her incompetence soon after! I will be avoiding this branch every time she is in because I don’t want to be served by this woman again.

I was so disappointed by the experience, it didn't feel at all like the Caffe Nero I'm used to, that after a while of queueing I just left. The cafe didn't feel like the usual warm and welcoming environment of a Caffe Nero. A member of staff was sat in the middle of the few seats on a break using her phone. She was a bit shirty towards a delivery driver who arrived to collect an order and pulled a face at me about him. When her colleague asked if she was done and could she return to work because there was a queue, she very half-heartedly stomped behind the till and started fulfilling online orders – instead of seeing to customers who were physically present in the store. She had a query about something to do with pastries, which her colleague tried to help her on by tapping away on some tablet (presumably to do with collection or delivery orders), which further delayed her making drinks for the customers in the line. I eventually left because my family were waiting for me outside and frankly I didn't feel like Caffe Nero deserved my hard-earned money at that moment. And I'm usually a big advocate! I've got all my family into the brand as well. But this store just didn't feel like the brand: not warm or welcoming, the staff didn't deliver the usual level of customer service, attention to detail and frankly seemed like they didn't care, and the wait was unnecessarily long. I also think there was too much priority given to online and delivery orders, rather than customers in the store - another example being that almost all pastries/cakes were gone early in the afternoon, and from what the staff said I got the impression it was because they'd all gone to collection and delivery orders. Very disappointing and I won't be so quick to be visiting again and I don't feel I can keep recommending it to friends/family.

Went to cafe Nero and took some reusable cups with me (the Starbucks ones in photo) and asked to make the drink in them and they did just that filling them up depends on the drinks ratio. The drinks were delicious. The mango and passionfruit fruit booster is one of the best summer drinks for sure. The mocha frappe is choclately and sweet and the biscuit iced latte is a sweet coffee drink for biscuit lovers.

Felt sorry for the 2 men working there as customer before us unfortunately dropped his drink all over the counter so everything had to be cleaned down. We, and subsequent customers, were asked to wait which we were happy to do. Eventually we were served and all was fine

This was one the most bizarre and negative experiences I've ever had in a cafe, with one staff member being particularly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. The tables were also a bit messy, despite it not being that busy. At the very least the food was decent albeit a bit pricey. Very unlikely to visit this Nero again - would recommend the one on Granby Street over it.

Pretty swift service. Store is a bit haggard and aging poorly but otherwise good quality drinks- fast- super friendly service. Can't fault it but would look better with a face lift! (Like most of us)
