It smells like vomit in the seating area off to the left side of the bar. Also, on two occasions while waiting at the bar to be served, I have been skipped because a regular patron came up to order. This could be because the bartender didn’t see me, but on one of those occasions I overheard the bartender admit that she served someone first because they were “a regular”. Not a bad place otherwise.

Good place to go on a night out. Also Sunday lunches are delicious.

I was at a family do, the barmaid Karla was absolutely amazingly she was amazing and very understanding of my mental health and anxiety disorder. She made me feel so comfortable and safe there. I recommend The New In if you would like a comforting bar experience. Keep going Karla you are amazing!

Large seated area at the front of the pub. Sadly, it was an overcast day when we visited. In side plenty of seating and TV's for the sports fans. Also, do a loyalty system. Were you get a loyalty number that's registered in the till and gets points for pounds spent great idea. Just your basic beer selection, though. Not so good if you like your real ales.

Lovely pub, found it after staying in a cottage nearby, we needed to kill some time before our train back to London. Staff were lovely, atmosphere was very nice and local, food was so homely and very reasonably priced!
