   I’ve been going insomnia since it first opened and it was good but decided to leave a review now because the standards have really slipped the tables never seem to be wiped always seems to be dirty cups or plates on the tables and food on the floor, There always seems to be a broken toilet. Also the soap dispenser in the toilet has been out of order for so long. I do feel for them a bit because they do seem to be short-staffed at busy times, but I really think somebody needs to keep on top of the cleaning as this is letting it down.

   Very good range of hot drinks and cakes. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of room.excellent disabled access. The toilets have good disabled access too. The hot chocolate is magnificent. The environment is a bit noisy.

   I recently went in for their coffee after a long time. After I ordered, the staff started giggling, and I thought nothing of it until one staff member, who was laughing so hard, crouched down and couldn't stop. Another staff member asked her what she was laughing about, and after a second, all the staff she told side eyed me as if I were the center of their joke. It's cool if they have their own inside jokes and all but imagine how I'd feel if they laughed and all looked in my direction very discreetly as if they were laughing at me.

   It's quite nice, but a few things need attention to really improve it. The sound inside can be deafening. Something to do with the ceiling maybe or the decor - can I strongly advise them to get some of the sound deadening wall hangings. They're very cheap and just made out of thick felt like cloth, just a few on the walls will make a massive difference. They also have this unique system where they call your number for you to come and pick up your food. Adding to the noise and frankly some confusion. A traditional service where they drop the food off at your table would be preferable. Staff are very nice. I go here every once in a while so will drop an edit later to see if they paid attention or not.

   Lovely coffee shop where you can relax and spend quality time. The atmosphere is really nice and calm thanks to the music. Staff so nice and helpful. The coffee was excellent, will definitely be back.

   How lovely to have such a wonderful coffee shop in Blaby. My first visit today and was so impressed. The staff were friendly and efficient and such a lovely atmosphere. No idea how they cope with so many different varieties of coffee. Amazing and I will definitely be going back.

   Friendly staff, clean place. Nice coffee at averages prices. Clean toilet and clean baby changing unit available. Just shame about the long long long wait even though not overly busy. We had finished our cakes at least 10 minutes before our coffees even arrived and even though they were Luke warm it was nice. Great menu choices just need to speed service up and will be perfect

   Love insomnia coffee shop..staff very nice and helpful..great service..great prices..loyalties on the app and 10% off also if you have a co-op card have had and enjoyed loyalty treats in comfort in this lovely coffee house and its very popular always busy when i go in..the best in blaby now in my opinion canott fault anything..a great range of food here too.....

   Staff friendly greeted with a smile. Place lovely and clean. Cheese scone fabulous even asked if wanted it warm and yes I did yummy! Only negative was the price of a milkshake.a regular milkshake cost me £4.45 which I think is a lot . It was lovely but I feel rather over priced. Would visit again but wouldn’t have a milkshake due to price. Would recommend!
