   My first SOHO coffee experience was an extremely pleasant one. I got a regular latte with gingerbread syrup (which is made in house) and cinnamon dusting on top. My coffee was delicious, perfect temperature and nice creamy frothy milk which alot of other chains fail to be able to achieve. What stood out the most were the staff, they were all very cheerful and had amazing customer service. They put a smile on my face so thank you :) 17/11/2025

   Was a very long wait for 3 bits of bacon and an egg, finished our drinks and waited over 30 minutes. Watched the same lady preparing the food wiping the tables and scooping everything into her hand to put in the bin, then going back to the food. Unfortunately our food never came so upon asking, someone who had just taken over asked what we had ordered and said she would make it now. I asked for a refund which they did for the food. Would not come back nor recommend. Went 2 doors down to Greggs and got a bacon roll instead in under 5 minutes!

   The staff and the girl with stripe shirt was very accommodating and amazing!! Drinks was fantastic I ordered Carmel latte and it was just the best caramel I’ve had! Defo recommend to come here staffs always have smiles on their face❤️ my new go to spot!!

   The girls at the SOHO Fosse Park site today were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. I was with my youngest daughter and they even offered to carry my tray. Sometimes all you need is little smile and helpful staff to make an experience great. Thanks all.
