   Found hair in my jacket potato which also wasn’t fully cooked, hash brown bites tasted like fish and never have anything available, not because they’ve ran out but because they can’t be bothered

   Ordered a big breakfast which arrived after a 15 minute wait - cafe wasn't even a quarter full. Breakfast was missing sausage and bacon which was advised to the less than helpful member of staff who just nodded and walked away. The original breakfast was warm at best, cold in places, and eaten because I didn't have the will to complain again. 20 minutes after advising of the missing items, still no sausage or bacon so I walked out. Will not be returning.

   Nicest way I can put it...is you need to get your staff on a friendly approach course. Came in today with my son. Ordered food amd as I asked for bread and butter instead of toast all I got was a pissed off attitude. A girl brought the food out and just put the food on table and walked off. Nearly every table had pots on it. In my opinion it's not a very well put together cafe. Change your staff attitudes

   Served by a very nice lady, however service very very slow. Only one lady to take orders and serve (not her fault). Nobody to clear tables or bring food to tables. To top it all the order was incorrect. Have given this cafe a few chances to get it right. Probably won't be going back.

   Went for lunch ordered 2 breakfasts and when it arrived it was cold and it was sent back. When the next ones came it was worse the hash browns were still frozen bacon and beans cold toast pale the only thing that was hot were the sausages. Did get a refund but not a great start to my afternoon

   Ordered three meals one of them being a kids meal Waited half an hour which they then brought out two meals another 12 minutes later they finally bring out the third meal however no chips told me I have too wait. Miserable atmosphere miserable chef. Btw the chicken wrap was nice but was it worth the 45 minutes

   Went in for something quick at 11am, choices were breakfast only, well and cakes. My friend and I both had full breakfast, food was ok, considering Tesco sells food, quality would be better. Staff was friendly and helpful, all wore masks, even though it’s not law requirement, still nice and feel safe they do wear masks. Environment was fine, comfortable chairs, nice wall pictures, quite spacious. However tables were not very clean and believe not enough staff so used plates and mugs on a few tables, we had to move some to get a table and sauces on table that we had to clean it ourselves. I know it’s not a restaurant but hygiene matter in all eating places is important. Free parking includes disabled and parents & children ones, may have time limit, not quite sure.

   I nipped in to the Tesco Café as I hadn’t tried a supermarket café in a few years. When I arrived I was served by a lovely polite lady. I ordered a cappuccino ☕️ and fish & chips. The lady informed me there would be a 15-20 minute wait on the fish, I said no problem. She made my cappuccino right away and told me to take a seat and she’d bring my food over when it’s ready. As you can see from picture below the portions are ample and the coffees look amazing too. I’d definitely recommend.
