I give 5 out 5 for a friendly service lack of space coming into the door with the food next to it people gathering especially when it’s holiday season and the most disappointing part is the drink was warm not hot and the flavour was a bit yeasty to the taste not baileys as what it described
I visited Caffè Nero to order my usual coffee, but I was given a different drink from what I ordered. Unfortunately, I only realised this once I had returned to work and did not have time to come back to the café. As a result, the coffee went to waste. I returned the following day to purchase my usual coffee, believing that there might be some form of reduction or complimentary gesture due to the mistake, as it was not my error. However, nothing was offered or acknowledged
My favourite Caffe Nero shop! Staff are brilliant, always welcoming, cheerful and professional. Coffee is the best, strong and with variety of flavours and coffee types to choose from. Been a regular customer for over 4 years now!
I visited this store and was not happy with the service I received. I ordered a regular Americano and explained how I like it — just a little less hot water and a bit more milk, joking that it was almost like a latte. The man serving me then told me he would have to charge me for a latte because I asked for extra milk, even though I didn’t want it heated. I explained that I had ordered the same drink in the same store a few days earlier and wasn’t told this or charged extra. He then checked with his colleague, who confirmed that I shouldn’t be charged for the extra milk. However, they both continued discussing how I had asked for my drink, saying that I should really be charged and that they didn’t understand why the company doesn’t charge extra for milk. They spoke loudly enough for me — and another customer — to hear.
I visit Nero Cafe, once a week just for their amazing hot chocolate , it’s the best I’ve had anywhere! The chocolate fudge cake is a perfect treat too. Cozy atmosphere and the staff are always friendly. Highly recommend!
Always a nice shop to visit. Good coffee and the bacon roll is always a winner. The only downside was the toilet flush, doesn't
the coffee is great but the waitress was really rude to me, keep ignoring me and talking to 3 people at the same time which was weird.I wanted her to stab my card by hand because apo does not work for me and she keeps arguing that I scanned it which was not true cause I hide the card and took the other one.Anyway not the best experience and I would not recommend it.Better hero is next to the big tower.Peopel there are nicer and more professional.
Nice friendly staff. Cappuccino and Hot Chocolate were good. Seats could do with a refresh as some are showing their age. Delicious cakes. It is a bit pricey but that's true of most coffee shops in town.
Great offers on app with vouchers. Good service and very good coffee! Easily the best national coffee chain...!
