Jayden came today to fix our freezer which had a faulty ice unit, efficient, tidy and quick is the best way to describe his work. No hesitation in returning to them again for an appliance repair.

They came to fix my single oven, said it was fixed, charged me for the pleasure but still it was not fixed. Then they want more money to come out and put it right. Arrogant people. Find someone else, as other reviewers have written, these people are rude, unhelpful and cannot fix the problem which they have charged you for, then they want to come out and charge you all over again
Excellent repair service for my washing machine. I was really impressed at how inexpensive the repair was and equally impressed at the young man who carried out the work. I thoroughly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when the need arises.
Previously used the company without issues. Recently had a call out after diagnosing an issue with an appliance over the phone. Engineer arrived a day late and told me that there is nothing wrong with the appliance and it was the cold temperature of the room that the appliance was in causing the issue. Was still charged a call out fee of £72. Why couldn't I have been told that over the phone as part of the investigation into what was wrong with the appliance!? Won't be using them again.
Called and explained problem, prompt service. Date and time arranged, turned up on time, polite. Brought part after a telephone diagnosis, so did not have to wait to get part etc. Job done. Diagnosed another problem with cooker, so this part had to be ordered, give me prices for Smeg part and alternative as cost was high for Smeg. Rang me as soon as it arrived, again appointment made. Full PPE. Friendly and professional, cant fault them. I work for an estate agency and will be using these guys again. Thank your Drulight. :-)
I've used these guys a number of times for different appliances, they have always been completely fair. Definitely a company that provides customer service over profiteering (hence I go back to them every time so please keep doing it!). Spoke to them again this morning over a faulty oven, provided advice over the phone that resolved the fault rather than turn out and charge for a visit. I feel that this is yet another demonstration of customer service over profiteering.
I was contacted by Drulight Ltd to arrange inspection of faulty Montpellier appliance. The visit was arranged for Friday afternoon, after 1pm with half an hour phone call notice (I have call recording proof). However, the engineer arrived at my property on Friday at 10.30, despite the appointment to be arranged for the afternoon and the fact the he was not able to reach me on the phone 15min beforehand. I have contacted the local engineers company to explain it was their mistake and they denied (spoke to Matthew) this could have even been possible that an appointment had been arranged for the afternoon due to the engineer only working mornings. They offered no remedy action, even though I stated I had a recording of the phone call in which an appointment was set for the afternoon. If the Drulight Ltd cannot even get their appointments right, and are so arrogant and unhelpful when they make a mistake, do you really want them to repair anything in your home?
