   I was in store for 30 minutes trying to get the attention of staff but not a single employee looked in my direction, let alone offer any kind of help. The product I wanted was out of stock so I would have had to order it for delivery, for an extra fee, several days later. Instead of this, while still in store, I purchased the items through Amazon instead. I got the exact same product delivered the next day for less money.

   Had an issue with a ps5 that I purchased at the start of December for my sons birthday and luckily Evan who sold me the console helped me out again along with Stu and I must say their customer service is fantastic not only did they sort out my issue with the console but because the console was on sale I had some money back. Evan and Stu went above and beyond for what I expected and I wish everyone who works in sales and customer service was like them. THANK YOU EVAN and STU and I hope you have Merry Christmas and a wonderful NEW YEAR

   You can't really go wrong at Currys. The prices are competitive whilst the range is huge in every aspect of electrical goods. Literally toasters to televisions with white goods for the kitchen and a very wide range of computers and peripherals. They must be doing a good job because they've been successful for so long. But back to the shop and service. I needed a charger for my old notebook computer. They had exactly what I needed. I took some time to look at the mind-boggling range of new laptops and tablets. The sales person who advised me was patient and knowledgeable. I'll probably go back and make a purchase. All in all, a nice relaxed environment with easy parking.

   Everything is fine, but there's something I don't like. When they advertise deals, they inflate the price. Then they tell you they've reduced it by a significant amount, and it's true. You go to other stores and find it cheaper than what's shown, and the other store tells you they're only giving you a 20% discount. That's nice, but don't tell me you reduced it by £70 when it's really For example, this phone costs £200 in the market, and they have a high price. only £20%. Thanks.

   We went to Curry's to buy a Chromebook and wireless printer. We saw Rhiannon and she was brilliant,she set up Chromebook for us. She was most helpful, understanding and willing to go the "extra mile" to assist us. Very pleased with how the purchase went.

   My shop experience was excellent, very helpful young lady, had no trouble sorting out what I needed. Can't say the same about the guys who first delivered my washing machine and dryer, they said they couldn't install them the hole for the pipe was to small and they took them back and spoke to me like sh.. to which I had a witness who heard it all. They redelivered them and I had two lovely men Peter and Sean and they installed it in 2 min no problem, we need more people like this to do delivery's people who care especially if you are disabled.

   Horrendous company horrendous service. Staff rude uncompromising and lacking in understanding especially as their potential customer was 94 years old. I wouldn't buy a sheet of paper off them. Avoid at all costs. I purchased everything needed off the internet far cheaper and installed it for the 94 year old lady.

   Just bought wife the new Google pixel 7 pro outright, was very impressed with the two young fellas, one from the Gaming area which talked us through different phones and pointed us to on we wasn't looking for. The other fella from the phone area very helpful and Courteous, when asked if there was any discount as we bought other stuff a older guy with gray hair, Sternly said NO, which took me back a bit, all he had to say was sorry no we can't, not just say NO in the way he did. If he was dealing with us from start i think i mite of said stick your phone and walked out. Think he could do with some customer training. As for the other 2 guys well done, in which one had to work over time a bit to sort out phone transfer from old to new one.

   The one item I went into this giant store that I needed they did not have any in stock. Their systems were down which for a tech company is embarrassing and the member of staff was not that interested in helping. I tried to ask another member of staff about another item and if he was any more lethargic he would have been asleep. He was more interested in looking at video clips on his phone!! Someone from management desperately need to address these issues before another big chain disappears into the ether of the internet and online ordering. So from the very lack of customer service curry’s have potentially lost a £2000 order. Well done staff!!
