   Went in to ask a question about something, there were two guys on the till just having a conversation with another guy. I waited a while in front of the till, but after FIVE MINUTES of waiting at the desk they didnt even slightly acknowledge or try to help me. Too busy not working even though there were two of them on. Absolutely useless. I was waiting politely but they were clearly just ignoring me....

   Do not go to this shop. They sold me a faulty PS3, I tried to return it, and they refused me a refund. Manager and all the staff working there were actually too stupid to reason with, so in the end I gave up and decided to settle it with my bank instead. Shop is completely inept, and staff are rude.

   Terrible Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs! I had a horrible experience with Cash Generator. When you’re buying something, they act all nice and friendly, but the moment you have an issue and ask for a refund, their attitude completely changes. The staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and made the whole process as difficult as possible. They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction—only about taking your money. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!

   Popped in today, and the ladies were so welcoming and just lovely. Didn't take long to conclude business, everything explained clearly and concisely. No more trying to sell items via FB marketplace for me. Will definitely be back here in the future.

   Went in there today with my partner and we enjoyed looking at the displayed items on sale. However, we were disgusted by one male staff member who was burping and doing phlegm building coughs! Not professional at all! Is that the kind of image you want to present to the public??

   Terrible place unprofessional and i would state scammers Went to sell some currency got told a different price to what they are suppose to give you only realised when arrived back home and checked online on there click and collect service as on there internet (no1 currency) site the price was tottally different over 30 pound less they offered me in store which is a lot for the amount i was changing. i did originally believe it was low and ended up selling to ramsdens next door which was not much better.
