   Great store and great service I have been going to this store for over 30 years and have never had any problems. Musical gear wise - for those who leave bad reviews- generally if your buying certain gear it helps to lookup what your buying to make sure you actually know how to use it rather than thinking something doesn't work, they always let you test gear before you buy it, and most prices are fair and if something's not worth them buying or saying your better off selling it privately to cut out the middle man that's great advise from them to help you and also not to waste there time on a item they will only make a few bucks from, overall a great store, keep up the good work guys

   Amazing store. I've gone several times. I love that they give you the freedom to try the instruments at will, it really helped me find the right instrument for me. My second time there, I bought my first guitar at a reasonable price, and because they let me try it, I knew the quality was right. I've gone back many times and brought friends and family to this store. Highly recommend.

   Bought and sold stuff here over the past few years. Always had a positive experience. When selling stuff they always pay you based on the highest price an item goes for second hand on eBay. It's always worth popping in to see what they have, as some real gems can pop up (music equipment in particular).

   Have been in store a few times and can say it is a definite Aladdin's cave of electronic and musical goods . The staff behind the counter see to know there stuff and have always been more than helpfull and would never give me the hard sell. Maybe some other reviewers expected a more "how ya'll doing today " sales patter but this wouldn't be these boys meta. Pretty good setup and they buy and sell used electronic goods and equipment on the spot for cash, all you need is some i.d. Have sold a few items there over the time I have been in Cardiff , and obviously I'd get a little bit more if I sold the stuff privately , but I wouldn't be able to get the cash as quick as I can at deals ( literally has taken minutes to turn a console into cash) . I honestly would recommend anyone looking to buy any gadgets or tech stuff in the Cardiff area to give these boys a look . They buy for cash on the spot so I guess that lets a few unrealistic customers unhappy at the valuations but in all honesty I've always come out on top in the long run. Where else can you part exchange an old PS4 for a genuine USA fender Stratocaster or a laptop for a 65" TV. Highly recommended..
