   Absolutely superb service from Adam at Magnet Cardiff store, so professional and my kitchen plan looks wonderful. First class, not often I'm impressed by customer service but Adam needs a mention, he has been outstanding from start to finish. Totally recommended.

   I had a racist experience at this store or it was just general rudeness and disrespect. I would recommend checking out DIY kitchens, less expensive, higher quality and thicker cabinetry. All units are pre assembled too, so easy to install yourself or get any builder to do it. They also have countertop partners where you can get quartz/marble countertops all for 1000s cheaper that magnet all together.

   Dreadful quality and poor design detail. Cupboards delivered did not fit with inserts so had to be re ordered meaning delays and additional costs to install. Handles discoloured after 6 months but when I rang to query was told this was to be expected due to regular contact. 5 years later and the kitchen is falling apart, drawers falling off runners and not useable, cupboard surrounds have fallen off. Finish also chipped very easily. Not a cheap kitchen and hoped it would not need replacing after such a short time. Kitchen from other manufacturer in utility, cheaper option, has aged much better. Would not recommend

   We went here this week to check out some kitchens. Although we weren't going to buy anything the gentleman Chris from Glasgow was so friendly and professional. He took us through the catalogue, sat us down and told us all about the service that they provide. Chris was extremely attentive and very personable and friendly. An asset to your business!    Friendly staff obviously as they want your custom. Their kitchens are okay, but their not as good as Moben kitchens who are no longer around, which shame as their kitchens were excellent quality. Their kitchen workmen were disappointing, as I ask them to additional works to my kitchen which they agreed to do and I paid for it as well, but did they do afterwards to do these additional works we agreed on, no they did not. The Cardiff branch would not help me get this work done which is a shame as I did pay for it. So slightly disappointing.

   Had a drawer front pull off, and unsure who get it fixed back on. Spoke to a sales person and he didn't do kitchen fitting, but sorted me out with an kitchen instructions manual. So hopefully I can fix it

   Useless! Booked a measure and quote and didn’t even show up! When I called up we were deleted and they wouldn’t even send someone out to rectify their mistake. How can a company sell kitchens if they can’t even show up. Imagine if they were actually meant to fit your kitchen! Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague!!
