Popped in after a long walk for refreshments. Ordered 2 coffee's, a pastry and a panini. We were not sure we really wanted to eat there upon entering but decided to stay. Coffee was nice, food was average but service wasn't great. 3 very unprofessional staff, no uniform, lacking customer service. Instead of standing behind the counter looking bored perhaps you could go and clean the tables of remnants from the last person sitting there. Unfortunately the whole place just lacked any atmosphere at all. This is in an idyllic location but sadly does not come close to offering what the nearby tearooms offer which was reflected by how many people were in there. The other tearooms were bustling but very quiet in here. This place could be so much better!!

Awful & expensive, we went yesterday in he morning, had a small latte & a single slice of cake it cost £8.50 which was exorbitant for what I got, my friend had a hot chocolate & a heated sandwich which cost over £12. There was no dietary information on any of the food, which is standard in most food places. I'm not sure why but only an hour later I started to feel very unwell and have had a very upset stomach since. The area is beautiful, but I would recommend taking a packed picnic and save your money, there was no atmosphere in the cafe, & waited nearly 15 mins for my order of a latte, and the toilet was a haven for spiders.

Absolutely horrible. We went earlier today just for a sandwich and was told if we wanted more choice to go down the road….i wish we had! Ham sandwich was very bland, the pasty was awful with bits of gristle inside and the beans on toast were completely forgot about. after a reminder they came and apologised but were having trouble with the tin opener hence the second delay. we got served a handful of beans on bread, again tasteless. The worst cafe we have ever been in. And whilst the staff friendly and having a chat as no other customers in they could have been cleaning the many many cobwebs around the inside.

£10.75 for three ice creams! No price list on display, transparent pricing would be appreciated. Lovely service and appreciated the water refill on a hot day.

Only went in for coffee, setting is lovely but then you can't beat Bradgate park, we are so lucky and grateful. The only downside is if you just go for a coffee you will still have to pay the £3.00 parking, but if you think about what it must cost for the upkeep of the park then it's a civic duty for us to maintain it .

Hello all, Went to Bradgate Park Cafe around a week ago and can honestly say this was THE worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. First of all, walked in and took a look at the people working here and thought I was at a Charlatans tribute concert. Ordered a cup of coffee and was cold with a long silver hair inside, and then my Sausage roll had bits in it, goodness knows what they were and I really don’t want to know either! Would NOT recommend, avoid at all costs. Hope the company gets liquidated. The Deer Barn cafe is so much better!

Went to this lovely country park again with a friend, great hour and a half walk with the dog - beautiful trees walking up to the house ruins and then up the hill to John's Tower for the views. Easy walking and once you get off the main path not too many people - just lots of deer, peacocks in the ruins and waterfowl including swans in the stream. Cafe was dog friendly and very welcoming. Coffee was good. Car parking is good and is ANPR pay on exit by card. Really nice place to meet friends and enjoy wildlife and views

Just enough for a snack, Polite service whom are obliging. Have a stroll in the Park, then fill a corner in the cafe. Will be back soon.

I think it is under new management and the cafe is now really worth a visit. Cheaper than those outside the park and lots of great family-friendly lunch options. £4 for the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had.
