   Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. A staff member named Grace was rude and unhelpful. She didn’t want to warm up the food we ordered and only did so after we insisted. They accepted cash but had no change available and didn’t apologise, leaving us to find the exact amount ourselves. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and unpleasant.

   Popped in with my partner for a coffee. Strangely they didn’t have any English breakfast tea on but everything else was ok. Had a free cake due to the inconvenience. Staff polite and chatty. Place was clean and well maintained

   I never used to have an issue with this Starbucks but it's a lot dirtier than it used to be. After witnessing (yesterday) a worker carry black bags in the store and empty them into the ice bucket, I'm not going back there. Definitely not food safe storing ice in a black bag! Not even a separate bag, just ice in black bags. Vile. Staff seem nice and friendly.

   Just been in the Walsgrave Starbucks and had soon has you walk through the door it’s stinks of urine ordered me food and I went to eat outside. They never had no survey yet so took me food back ;Go refund and walked out absolutely disgusting. Customer Service other people are moaning about the smell of the urine where you put the sugar in your drink. Got a good my to contact the Coventry city council about the smell of urine

   Visited this store on our way to wales. And I have never tasted a cookies and cream frappa so disgusting. They must have forgot to put the milk in or something. It was like drinking chocolate water. If I hadn’t have been on my way to wales with my daughter I would have turned around but as we were already on the motorway to our location! It was the most disgustint drink I have ever tasted in my life. All that was coming up my straw was ice, the whole drink when shaking was just full of clumps of ice. I am so glad this is not my local store as I wouldn’t visit again. £6 for a cup of ice with chocolate bits in. May I also add that from when doing the transaction we waited around 15 minutes before getting our drinks. I was shocked to see that we were second in the queue of about 8 people behind us, and we received our drinks last. Not a great visit at all. I’m just glad it wasn’t my first visit to Starbucks as I most definitely wouldn’t return to a Starbucks again.

   This was my first visit to this Starbucks on recomendation from my daughter. we were served very quickly at the till we ordered 4 drinks. The first was made straight away, the second was started but then the person making it walked off and it was finished by another member of the team. I waited approx 5 mins before asking if anyone was going to finish my order a male server started to make them but the initial server came back said she would do them. She made one then proceed to make a drink for a drive through customer then another drink for another seat in customer before finally making my final drink. The drinks were good but my experience would have been better had all the drinks in the order been made together. instead I waited approx 10-15 minutes between my first and final drink being made. All the other staff seemed to be doing their jobs well but my server just seemed like there was no hurry and no method in her delivery of service.

   I love going to Starbucks for my morning coffee. Whenever I need a pick-me-up in the morning and want to enjoy a flat white, I head over there and grab one. I like the ambiance, the staff is always very welcoming and friendly, and best of all – they have such amazing flat whites! - M V

   I'm excited to be the first review for this Starbucks! I'm a big fan of Starbucks beverages, and this place does an excellent job making them taste just right! My Eggnog Latte was very delicious and just the right temperature. The staff here are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and they're happy for a quick chat when it's not too busy to build rapport, which is great as it's a good sign of training for customer service. This is a drive-thru location with a good amount of seating inside as well. The front door has an accessible entrance where someone can push the button and it will open automatically. There are also two disabled parking bays right out front as well. There are a wide selection of sandwiches, salads, vegan options, and of course the indulgent pastries, cakes and cookies. There's the normal reusable cups areas and special one-off items for purchase. And of course the normal Starbucks drinks. They even took it a step further with an electronic screen menu which changes to show the specials. The place is shiny and new, and there were a handful of brand new sparkling espresso pulling stations for the anticipation of long queues. It was fully staffed and ready for business. The location is right next to the bowling alley, across from Tesco and across from the cinema and hotel. So it's very centrally located for anyone who plans to be in the area. And if you're on your way to see a movie and you're running late, you can just drive-thru and grab something on your way too I guess. All and all I give this place a five-stars and positive review from my experience, and I'll be back there again when in the area. I really hope this location keeps up the good work of excellent customer service and on-point drinks!
