   this place is AMAZING. i couldn’t reccomend it enough. not only is the food amazing but the staff working there are so welcoming and kind, the service is top tier and so friendly. the quality of everything is the best. for the breakfast the bread is HOMEMADE, the meat quality and taste is superb and everything is delicious. the burger bun is brioche which balances out the soft meat making it sweet and savoury. its creamy, MASSIVE and the chips it comes with are obviously homemade. the food is cooked with love and care and attention to detail which most places lack. it’s family owned and a beautiful shop in general with books on bookshelves you can read, there’s plenty of seating and the overall atmosphere with all of the decorations give it a homely and peaceful vibe. i can definitely say this will be our go to place to eat out. thank you papp’a cafe!

   Wonderful, independent family run, business i tried. multiple items on the menu with my partner and we have never ever had a problem breakfast is always fresh, made piping hot. Although the bacon is the sweet streaky kind i have also tried the snitzel burger O.M.G and the handmaid cheese burger are absolutely delicious, fresh coffee. Pleasant, welcoming little cafe.

   A great little cafe, fresh food made to order. Lovely atmosphere and very welcoming been going here for a while now and the staff are friendly and the cook is amazing just like grandma/papa would make. I portions are the right size and the price is very good, as everything is made to order don't expect it straight on the table do give sone time for it to be made, it is worth the wait.

   This is the second time I have visited this establishment. I have nothing but praise. Warm and welcoming staff, beautifully decorated and clean throughout. Unfortunately I always forget to take pictures of my food but it was delicious. Only humble crispy baked potato with beans and cheese (just like mamma makes) potato scooped out and mashed properly with butter prior to returning to the skin with melted cheese and beans. SCRUMPTIOUS! Even the side salad was amazing with crispy lettuce tomatoes and cucumber no sauce/dressing was necessary. My friend loved her dish too with the homemade bread cream cheese avocado and capers. Well worth a visit, you will not be disappointed. Service was a tad slow but very much worth the wait, let’s face it, good food is to be cherished, never rushed and enjoyed. A perfect aesthetic gem, in a not such great aesthetic area.

   Excellent local cafe, friendly, clean and lovely atmosphere. Excellent food we had a veggie breakfast which was superb served with home made bread. The toastie was delicious too. Will definitely go back. Would recommend a visit.
