Every things great .but the lady in bar she is so stressed and making noise with cups and dishes so i wasn't comfortable to finish my drink in peace .I think she is old for that jobe that's it.
The store is quite fascinating, round about layout at the heart of the shopping centre, stands out clearly from others. Have tried Iced Vanilla Matcha, Tiramasu Iced latte, and millionaires frappe. I wanted to try the strawberry Matcha but they didn’t have the stock, so went ahead with the vanilla matcha which was decent, not that bad not that great compared to the Blank street one which had a rich taste. Overall I would rate it 7/10. The tiramisu iced latte was really good, had a distinct taste, never tried something like that before. I would rate it 8.5/10.
Thought i’d give the Strawberry Matcha drink a go and it just wasn’t for me, the lady didnt put enough strawberry sauce in it, had to take it back and tell her to put more. The Cream Bun was nice, just a little hard to dig into. The Chocolate Muffin was delicious and moist, just perfect! Usually every other drink & food i’ve tried from here is really good.
Good coffee and reasonable selection of cakes etc from the usual Nero choice. Location is quirky being only accessible via stairs or ramp with glass sided barriers which maybe a bit tricky for those with sight or mobility problems & those who may suffer from vertigo!
Ordered 2 lattes a noticed a thick grime of foam on top that tasted of burnt coffee and undrinkable. Approached the gentleman that served me and explained my issue, the coffee machine having noticed extremely dirty and unkept, all the jugs were dirty and just topped up with milk again and again without being rinsed with each customer, jay cloth that you clean the nozzle was extremely dirty. Apparently they are not allowed to clean or rinse the jugs each time they are used as not to waste water and only get cleaned at the end of their shift, hence the dirty grime foam and burnt milk disgusting, it’s just a chain and we don’t care great attitude to have, fridges tables were just dirty and sticky whole place just needed a good clean.
Friendly staff, although had to wait a little before being served. Wanted to try the vegan cream (I’m not vegan so thankfully I could have the normal) but it was unavailable. HERE TO SAY YOU MUST TRY THE SALTED CARAMEL BROWNIE HOT CHOCO, thank me later! :)
Relaxing, had a coffee. Connected to game WiFi aswell. Will recommend coming here to study or chill out.
