    Went to my chai For the first time. Had Karak chai. Which was very good. Not too much sweet. Next i had panipuri. Which was below average. Wont recommend to anyone. Not flavourful at all. The ambience was very nice. Good mood lighting and aesthetics

    A gorgeous place with fabulous food: really enjoyed this oasis of calm on a hot day. However, I agree with others about the service. The girl behind the counter was positively unwelcoming, and I wondered if the place was actually closed because she seemed so unready to serve.

    Beautiful decorations nice food but biggest disappointment is the poor customer service. Front Staff are not happy at all when they see customer, no smile or welcoming attitude towards customer. They didn’t say hello or thank you to a single customer while I was there. girl behind the bar has got moody face. Management need to step in to sort this out, it’s tough competition out there. Hope management will take notice of the review.
