   Staff was rude, closed off a whole seating area 1 hour before close as “it was only 2 staff on shift” which meant me and my family couldn’t sit inside. Bad customer service. Bad hospitality. Wont be coming again.

   I had a bad experience here. First, I ordered for dine-in but was given takeaway instead. Then, one of the staff members came over and asked us to leave just because we had takeaway cups, even though that was their mistake. The place was overcrowded, no tables were cleaned, and it was hard to even find a seat. To make it worse, the staff told us to go outside because “new customers are coming.” Really unprofessional and disappointing service.

   Very rude manager! I overheard the way she screamed at one of her new employees whilst I was in the cue. The managers attitude has consistently dampened the ambience of the store, and definitely affected customers and employees more than a few times.

   I had a free birthday voucher for a sweat treat. The qr code was not working so i asked her to please insert the code I had because I knew I had not used my voucher and wanted to use it. She then made fun of me in front of other customers saying that I have already used the voucher and that I was lying. I then told her I didnt used it and asked her to insert the code. She refused and said that I was lying and already used it. Basically implied that I was trying to steal from costa. Very rude staff.

   I was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional behavior I witnessed during my visit. The staff were openly laughing behind a customer's back and making jokes about them among themselves. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also completely unacceptable in a customer service environment. It left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this issue, as it's crucial for staff to treat all customers with dignity and professionalism

   At the Upper Precinct in Coventry City Centre. Nice Costa Coffee with free WiFi. Comfortable for half an hour. Quiet too inside. And relaxing.

   I have ordered hot chocolate and got Warm chocolate and I have asked them to change she replied with attitude. And told me if I want hot chocolate I have to ask for extra hot huh. I just wanted a hot chocolate (hot) it is in the name . The intelligence is going down . And after changing it i didn't get a full drink. The blonde should be sacked right away.
