To busy cleaning and putting stuff away to serve customers 2hrs before closing no saucers no napkins just a cup and plate for cakes took nearly 15 minutes to get served and only person waiting to be served. People behind us got the same poor service was told help yourself to milk from a four pint container on counter for his cup of tea

Helen was amazing. We had broken down, she advised on the parking issue and helped us avoid a clamp. She was so kind and helpful, really cheered us up when we were feeling stressed and served coffee and great customer service with warmth and understanding.

They have a lunch deal costing £6 for a toastie and any coffee drink, but the advertisement only expects any of three specific toasties which the advertisement did not say. Sure, it may have said that on the fine print, but - let’s be real here - how many exactly do they read the fine print? I would have left it a 4 star review. As of now, however, they needed to be a bit more specific next time since there are autistic people, like me, in the real-world today.

Rolo hot chocolate was nice, but not very hot. Ask for 'extra hot' if you like to be able enjoy it rather than gulp it down. Plenty of spaces and nicely laid out. Seat covers where we sat were not super clean, stains on them, but overall it was nice to have a break. The alternative is the cafe in Dunelm.

Decent Costa coffee shop. Bring your coat tho as regardless of where you sit there is always a draft so quite chilly. Staff always friendly and get the que down fairly fast. Good selection of food/snacks/cakes available. Parking is awful. Normal spaces as quite tight. If you have a child you best hope you can get into one of the 4 mother and baby spots available. If you are disabled you will be ok as the spaces around the edges of the car park are disabled only, however be careful as the paint used around them can get quite slippy when wet.

This has become our local Costa over all the ones in the area. We walk in and always get a friendly welcome, our drinks are known to the longer serving members of staff. They talk to us and ask questions. They appear to have a lovely friendly atmosphere between the staff. Love this Costa

This is our regular Costa and we deliberately go back again and again because of the lovely staff. They are friendly, welcoming and always take time to greet you. The coffee is perfect and made the way we like it. Thank you.
