   Surly customer service. Luke warm drinks and a look of horror when I asked for the table to be cleaned. One wipe with a rag - Beth did a poor job! Fools we are for spending £35 here!

   Came in twice this week. Blood all over the toilet seat in the upstairs toilet facilities and it has been here for two days. Clearly don’t clean the toilets so wonder if they clean anything else. Won’t be back. Hopefully the dirty person who can’t be bothered to clean their menstrual blood of the loo will read this too.

   Honestly one of the most miserable cafe experiences I’ve had. I came in near to closing time. I understand that it can be annoying for hospitality and retail when customers come in near to closing but there’s no need to be so rude. I made sure I left around 10 minutes before official closing and half cleared up my table for the people working there as I often do having worked a lot in those types of roles (bringing glasses back to bar at pubs etc) Clearing my table I had to use the bin and they let out a really loud sigh that I was even there and using the bin They just had a really cold hostile look towards me. It’s a shame because I don’t mind it usually as it’s one the cafes open late. I guess it’s the sign of the stressful and depressing times we are in nowadays

   Coffee always good. A COVID complaint environment. Must say very impressed with the lady (Erin) serving his covid precautions were good even challenging customers in a nice way. Love the customer service, a must visit.
