   Firdtly ,i have had Ordered food from here for nearly 10 years but no more from myself . Low review this time as this has happened many times . If you order chips ,stste you want fresh chips or you'll end up with last birthday chios, hard and luke warm, the ribs were tough, and beef isnt quite the same anymore.. chips is easy fix, curry flavour fix, is maybe find another takeaway . Gutted that i wasted good money

   This was by far the best Chinese shop in Newport , the atmosphere was a welcoming safe place for my family to dine in with plenty of room or several people . The staff were incredibly welcoming , kind and hard working , not to mention you get LOADS of high quality delicious food for at least £15 cheaper . The food is astonishing here everything is extremely fresh and flavourful without being extremely oily . Nothing was watery and everything had the perfect amount of ingredients. The hygiene is astonishing everything is clean and up to date . Not to mention the incredible service, me and my family have dined in and taken away and they were equally as good the wait for your food is never to long and even when your taking away the food is still fresh and walm and usually had arrived at your house within 20-30 mins . I 100% recommend

   Interesting the range of stars !!! Someone's lying or just had a bad experience. I've used them and yes maybe not top quality I'm not an expert but does the job. Female boss nice husband never spoken to much. Staff at desk need a bit of work. Seem not interested in being there !! Never ordered just turned up and waited so can't comment on that area.

   Beautiful chicken balls asked for peking sauce with them but not sure if it was sweet and sour they gave me either way it was not to my liking. Singapore chowmein was ok not greasy but a little bland and could have done with more chilli. Lady serving was polite and helpful.

   Absolutely shocking service, an utter disgrace and we won’t be ordering from here EVER again. We ordered at 5.30pm. and were told we would have a 90 minute maximum wait. When the 90 minutes had surpassed and with my 2 young children complaining they were hungry I rang and asked where the food was. I was told that the driver had left and it wouldn’t be long. 40 minutes later I rang and chased this up again as it had still not arrived! I was told yes not long, the driver had more than 1 delivery. 10 minutes later I received a phone call stating there had been a problem and they didn’t know what had happened to our order and the would cook it fresh now and send it straight out. This was despite the fact that they had LIED and told me twice previously that the food was on its way!! This takeaway is full of liars and I despise people who lie like this. They had ample opportunity to say they had forgotten the order on the twice I rang to chase it up. Stay away from here at all costs. I should have known from their VERY low hygiene rating that ordering from here would be a mistake. I can only guess that the rumours about the food quality are true as we are still waiting for our order now.... 14 hours later! Disgusting customer service.

   Ordered here tonight and unfortunately I am very disappointed. My order was not complete on delivery so I called and was told the remainder would be sent up when a driver was available or we could have the money off the next order!!! That's not customer service. Half an hour later it was delivered in a plastic bag all soggy. We had already finished our meal. I also ordered Singapore chow mein which was actually just plain chow mein? Either that or very bland. The attitude of the woman on the phone was not good and she simply didn't care. Will I order from here again? Not likely.
