Popped in and the staff were awesome and managed to set me up with a cake within 5 minutes. I was incredibly relieved and very thankful! The cake looks absolutely stunning! Great friendly staff everywhere is spotless!! great meal out with the family, disabled friendly venue to, meaning enough space to get around as much as needed especially if you have a big bulky chair or similar. “Food here is consistently fantastic, and the staff at the restaurant are genuinely kind – they’ve even slipped in free prawn crackers, so cute! :) We order from here all the time and never had an issue until our most recent delivery... One of their drivers (they seem to have at least two) was bizarrely rude and ignored the delivery instructions, including the clearly listed phone number. He then announced he’d never deliver to us again because he can't reach us on our “foreign" number (which we only use for the app and we always leave our UK number as a delivery note) even though that number was printed right on the receipt he showed me. Comedy, but not the funny kind! To be clear: this is on the delivery person, not the restaurant. The restaurant has been great every other time, so I’m not docking stars for one dramatic courier!”

“We ordered delivery last evening and the whole experience prompted us to review. The lady on the phone was so lovely and understanding. She didn’t at all seem like the job was a chore. Bubbly, bright and easy to talk with. The delivery arrived in about 25mins, the quote was “within the hour” so we were pleased. As for food, quality, quantity, everything absolutely great. My new go to Chinese food place in Barry.”
