   I rarely leave reviews, but after ordering from Bridgend Oriental many times over the years, I feel compelled to comment following two very poor recent experiences. We are a vegetarian family, yet our previous order contained chicken, which was both disappointing and concerning. Unfortunately, tonight’s order was even worse. The food arrived over an hour late and, when it did arrive, several dishes were missing. When I called to politely ask where the order was, I was spoken to extremely rudely by the receptionist, who hung up on me twice. I then spoke to a male member of staff who was equally dismissive and unpleasant. I have genuinely never experienced customer service like this. Delays and mistakes can happen, but the way they are handled matters. The attitude shown was unacceptable and completely lacking in basic courtesy. It is hard to understand how a business can expect to retain customers with this approach. Sadly, after years of loyalty, this is a customer they have now lost.

   Don't waste your time. We ordered a take away for delivery from Just eat at 1737, estimated time for delivery 1830. Still hadn't arrived by 1900 so called the restaurant, they said it would arrive in a few minutes. Finally arrived at 1940, basically looked as if the bag had been thrown around as the contents were all loose in the bag. Wont be ordering from there again. They said they couldn't find our house but hadn't even bothered to call us to get directions (even though address is pinned on the map). I have got a photo but unfortunately it won't let me add it.

   Probably the worst chinese takeaway I have ever had! Soft and mushy, vegan substitute, chewy vegan crispy beef that was weird, and all the food was so salty, even the bean curd. Couldn't eat it.

   Not just the worst Chinese I've ever had, but the worst takeaway I've ever had. All went in the bin truly disgusting. No idea what they add in the sauce for their crispy beef but it tastes gone off and stale. Prawn crackers and poppadoms arrived really soft, discoloured and inedible, clearly not made fresh. The fact our big order turned up after 20 mins shows none of it was cooked fresh. Don't go by their just eat rating, that's obviously flawed, the real review ratings on here are justified. I've reported them, because them because what we were served was disgusting and stale

   Iv always ordered from this Chinese when staying at llandow, iv never had a problem before the food was always good, but tonight it was just unedable!! Beef curry was floating in grease! Watery and beef was salty as he'll, rice was not as fluffy as usual and the dim sum was very chewy!! I rang to complain and the Chinese man that took my order was not interested, can't re deliver as we are to far away? Yet they delivered in the first place??? Had my money now haven't you. This is the last time I will ever order from this place so be aware the food was disgusting today!!! Not sure if there is a new management or what but please DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this place, go somewhere else.

   If I could give this take away 0 starts I would. Ordered Chinese and it came late, soggy, and some of the food was dry. The rice tasted days old. The chips were dry and brown and greasy on the outside but inside tasted stale. Prawn crackers were soggy and tasted stale my husband was disgusted. The veggie spring rolls were absolutely dry and tough. Everything about what I ordered was just awful didn't think it would be edible as soon as I looked at it. There is no wonder this restaurant has a low rating. Will Not be ordering from here again. Absolutely mortified and don't think it was worth the money we spent.

   Food was nice. Chicken was crispy and not too spicy. I like their chicken chow mein, too saucy though. delivery was quick and got it in 30 mts .

   Absolutely terrible food, you had three chances but this was the final straw, its still in the fridge if you want to try what crispy no chilli no seasoning sugared beef is like, and how rubbery your ribs are, with glow in the dark red sauce also with no seasoning. Your so called chef needs to be tasting the food, a shambles

   Have had a few take aways lately .Speçial fried rice and beef green peppers in black bean sauce . Excellent service and good portions .Food is cooked perfectly .If you don't see what you would like,ask them and they will help you às best they can .
