Absolutely blown away by the food, if you're someone who enjoys wagamamas like us then this is on 2 tiers above that. Fresh, extremely flavourful and a solid choice of different dishes. We will definitely being going back again”

“When we entered the restaurant we were made most welcome and taken to our table,we ordered our food and drink and very quickly our starters arrived which were very nice, our mains came and these again were very nice we would recommend this restaurant not only for its food but its value for money and friendliness and will return again”

“Always order from here, the food is always quickly delivered and hot, we have ordered quite a few different dishes and never been disappointed. Our favourite Chinese takeaway. Every Christmas Eve for the last few years we have a get together with friends and they always insist on a takeaway from here too so it’s now become our Christmas ritual.”

“My first time here, hope it's not my last. There was quite a long queue at the bar/till but it soon went down. Very reasonable at £13 per adult. No frills restaurant, with basic table and chairs but the place was buzzing, always a good sign. We were shown to our table for 2 with a nice view of the lake with ducks and swans. There was a myriad of tasty looking food on the servery, which has 2 sides, also sweets. I ended up going up twice to tty almost a dish from each side. After 2 plates, I was so full up. I couldn't fault it, all the dishes I tried (about 90%) were very tasty and delicious. Highly recommended whilst you're in Cleggy!”

“Popped by this evening and the lights were on, i tried the door but it was locked. A man let me in and I ordered dome food. He went away to cook my order. While he was gone I realised the take away was closed on a Tuesday. When he came back with my food I apologised, and he said it was OK. My food was 1st class, just like his attentive attitude. I'm definitely going to revisit, when they are open. Thank you!”

“Absolutely delicious food. We went to Oriental Gourmet for the first time today and we were not disappointed. Our meals of chicken garlic with fried rice, special chow mein with a side of chips and spring rolls came with a free bag of prawn crackers. Everything was 10/10 and we will definitely be back, the portion sizes were very generous too, it might have even knocked our favourite Chinese takeaway off the top spot.”

“My partner and I have been coming here since we were at college (now grown adults!) although the staff change, I would imagine due to university etc, the restaurant is always very pleasant and staff are very accommodating. The food has always been top notch and tasty. Everyone is very friendly and the atmosphere is warm, would recommend to anybody :)”
