Worst cafe Nero ever, always staff shortages, so they close early etc. Good members of staff leave and so on.

One of the better chain brands when it comes to coffee, better tasting than Costa and well above Starbucks. Friendly staff, nice relaxed atmosphere and environment, certainly worth a visit when shopping at Eliot's Fields retail park.

Excellent Nero. Coffee is well prepared and hot ! Clean environment, empty cups and plates are cleared promptly and service is friendly. One of the best Neros I have been to. Thank you.

This place is always half full when we go and sometimes there's groups of working people with laptops tapping away. There's also mums with little kids. Coffee, tea and a few other choices for drinks as well as pastries, cream buns, sliced cake and a good selection of biscuits.

Coffee is good, service is slow. The place is dirty.. nearly every table had the previous customers dirty cups, plates etc. Dirty floors, we had to wipe our feet on the way out. Only use the toilets if you really have to. The cutlery, mugs are old and dingy. The trays are absolutely disgusting and falling to bits. The place needs more staff to sort the place out.

This place has gone down hill with a speed, used to be a nice coffee shop to relax and have a coffee, now it's like a workman's trailer stop, pity but true.

Cold pastie, took 15 minutes to go through the checkout. Only 1 person was serving at checkout with very unprofessional behaviour. there were 2 more members of staff standing there. 2-3 other customers asked another member of staff to open another checkout. He said we are short on staff. They were doing nothing at all. I will not recommend this branch at all.

Disappointed. VERY expensive - most portions of cake £4.95 to take out £5.50 to eat in. £8 for two regular size coffees which we both agreed were weak and flavourless. Would be acceptable if other factors matched the presentation but service very slow and furnishings worn out and tatty.

Fairly standard Nero with good quality service and good coffee. There is usually a long queue and it can be a bit slow to clear the tables. Starting to feel a bit worse for wear with some of the furniture condition but usually pick here over the other coffee shops in Elliots field.
