    German Autocare have looked after various cars for me over many years and as always Steve and Rich have given exceptional service. once again. I've been in there again today to deal with a minor issue I've had with a tyre which wasn't really their problem but they've dealt with it over and beyond anyone else would have done. If you drive a quality car then it deserves quality service and you won't be better looked after than you are at German Autocare

    During a air cond service at local garage they found burnt smell due to high clutch temperature. Hope to get help from the Make that should be the professional and they suggested it probably was the problem related to transmission which the repair cost quoted was β€œ4 digits”. Tried to seek for second opinion from the local garage they referred us to German Autocare. They diagnosed my car and updated the software of the gearbox for us. Problem solved and thanks so much for their help! Highly recommend.

    I booked my car in for a haldex and gearbox service. Despite me bringing it down late, they managed to get it in and done on the same day. The car feels more responsive and more smoother gear changes with less wheel spin.

    Great service from the get go. Totally understandable they are very busy so had to wait over 3 weeks to book in for a diagnostic. Bit of constructive feedback, communication can definitely be improved as I had to call and chase up, and never received a call back when promised, nevertheless Rich and Jake, I believe got your names right, were always good and patient on every call. They also took the time to explain exactly what work was done and provided me with confidence that the issue would be resolved, even met the deadline I set, thank you. Price is a bit on the high end, but I guess you pay for what you get, brand new genuine parts and great service. in the end, a solution to my car's issue, which prior to this no garage was able to fix. In a nutshell car went on limp mode, was told to change sensors and then turbocharger, spending almost Β£2k with other garages. Here they did a proper diagnostic and asserted with the issue of a leak on the brake servo, replaced and fixed. For any Audi, this is your place! And looking forward to the next visit. Hopefully not too soon.

    These guys were recommended by my brother and I couldn't agree more. James was very polite & professional. I travelled 50 miles to get the car serviced well worth it.

    Over priced, amateurs!!!! I booked my car into this place just before Christmas as I has some water coming into the car…. When I gave it in the man on the reception seemed to know what he was talking about and all was fine. I was told it would take a week but never got it back until 2 weeks later. I drove it home and the car was fine until the next morning, an error message come up and the car wouldn’t move. I took it back by driving 20mph for 10miles because I was so scared it would stop. I grabbed one of the mechanics and he told me he had worked on it and the reception guy had told him that it was a problem that had nothing to do with what I had said. What a joke the reception guy is. He thinks he’s a mechanic and works behind the desk. The mechanic told me that he had basically messed about with the wrong thing and then tried to backtrack by saying it must have been the last garage I gave it to. These guys don’t have a clue. They just look the part. I ended up paying Β£1k and the problem is still there.

    Hi Avoid at all cost when in for my bmw 320d for a simple oil change and filters on arrival I was notified that the desile and air filter was not included in first price witch was 190 and to carry out fuel and air filler was an extra of 120 so total was 310 big change in price then they came back to me again telling me there was a 60 extra charge to turn of my sirvice light of witch they should do as standard ? So once I asked more about prices Steve got aggravated and said take car from hear yo else we’re so just to let you no there are rip of avoid at all cost cheaper at bmw dealers and you at least get treated with some kind of respect

    I am very disappointed in the customer service that I received today. I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years and I have never been treated like this. I had booked my car in for service 2 weeks in advance. I took my car in at 11:30 due to receiving some unfortunate news in the family. After handing my keys over, I was told the car will be ready by end of the day. At no point was I given any warning or indication that my car may not be completed for today. After not receiving any communication, I called the garage at 4:30 and was told my car has not even gone into the garage and I will have to collect it tomorrow. I explained over the phone that it was crucial for me to have my car that day due to the bad news. I did not appreciate the tone and lack of empathy shown by the worker, considering no one had reached out to me about the delay. I understand if I was made aware of the possibility my car would not be serviced today, however no effort was made to contact me. When speaking to the worker, I was told there had been a delay in the workshop, however, he later blamed me for bringing my car in β€œtoo late”. This was never mentioned to me beforehand nor was I told to bring the car in before a specific time. After giving my business to this garage for several years, I would’ve simply appreciated being made aware of any delays in advance so that I didn’t have to call up to find out my car was not ready, so I could make other arrangements. I sincerely hope someone looks into this as I was not happy to be accused and think the customer service and communication skills could be improved.

    Fixed my panoramic sunroof which had locked up and prior to that was creating a wind noise. Quick turnaround and fitted me in at a time to suit me when they were already busy. Amazing service and fair price. Fair better than going to a main dealer.

    Quality experience - took car in for Service as dashboard computer displayed it was required - honest assessment done and fault was due to faulty brake pads sensors. Sensors replaced and no cost - definitely visit again cheers BMW 640D - honesty goes along way - RL11FLE Thankyou
